1. Nature of Our Services

HRHKILLO sells professional, custom IT services (design, development, consulting, and support). The deliverables are digital, intangible, and bespoke. As a result, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before work begins (advance paid, kick-off not started) Up to 90% refund (10% retained as administrative / payment-gateway charges)
Discovery / requirement-gathering completed Up to 70% refund of advance, against documented work effort
Design / first milestone delivered Up to 40% refund, pro-rata against work completed
Development in progress (mid-engagement) Refund limited to unused, unbilled portion of the advance
After delivery / final milestone No refund, except for proven defects covered under the 30-day defect-fix warranty (which we will fix free of cost)
Hardware service (PC / mobile repair) Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Service charges are refundable only if the issue could not be reproduced or fixed

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@hrhkillo.com from the email address on record, with subject line "Refund Request — [Project / Ticket ID]".
  2. Include: invoice number, payment reference, reason, and supporting documents.
  3. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days.
  4. We will review the project status and respond with the eligible refund amount within 7 business days.

Before raising a chargeback with your bank/card network, please contact us first — most disputes are resolved amicably within 7 days. Wrongful chargebacks may be contested with documentary evidence and may result in immediate suspension of services.
